Breakfast at Escala Provisions Company is the perfect way to fuel up before a day on the mountain. Featuring a never ending buffet that changes daily and enhancement menu, the possibilities are limitless. $25.00 for adults, $12.00 for children ages 3-12.

Ski or board down Sunrise right into Escala Provisions Company for drinks and our light fare Après Ski menu. Don’t forget to take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service who will be delighted to return you to your hotel in the Canyons.

Our dinner menu features approachable American fare with upscale twists. We source locally whenever possible and work very closely with many area artisans from Pierre Country Bakery to Willis Farms and Niman Ranch, to name a few.
